Sandbox mode

Major races can now be activated/deactivated at the race selection screen by right clicking/long pressing.
Disabling one or more will disable achievements also.
Disabling the victory conditions and all other races will produce an unlimited sandbox mode for those who want to just explore the game without other majors to "disturb" them.
